As we round the corner from summer to fall, we can all begin to sense the internal struggle to slow down and fall back into a routine.  In this episode, we explore how we can support ourselves and our families to thrive through this challenging transition.

“Once she stopped rushing through life, she was amazed how much life she had time for.” - Unknown

Whether we are traveling, camping, swimming, playing or just enjoying the early mornings and late nights, summer is a time for expansion.  As it draws to a close in late August, we can feel ourselves resisting the change.

Sometimes we have an urge to hold onto that energy and to keep going full speed, but what our best health really calls for is a pause, a slowing down and nourishing of our minds and bodies.

In this episode, we explore ways to support our best health, for ourselves and our families, as we transition back into our fall/school routines and how to embrace and celebrate the changing seasons.
